About my background
Developing With a Passion While Exploring The World.
I am a Supply Chain Management and Marketing graduate from Temple University’s Fox Business School. I stepped into SCM as a distribution operations supervisor with The Estée Lauder Companies where I worked to direct a team of 30+ employees to meet daily productivity goals, process accurate picks, and identify areas for process improvements.
Following this, I moved into a position coordinating inventory and working to improve digital processes for a restaurant supply e-commerce giant that processes on average $6-$15 million in sales per day while communicating with thousands of clients and departmental staff to resolve stock issues.
I have worked on projects ranging from developing SOPs for specialized task groups to target consistent client resolution to reducing time spent on intrinsic processes by identifying alternative systems and methods.
